Roof Inspection Checklist

It is the responsibility of the Building Owner, Roofing Contractor, and the Material Manufacturer to maintain their roofs and inspect them periodically. Good maintenance practices encourage comprehensive roof inspections twice a year, in the spring and fall. The following checklist is provided to help you perform these inspections and record your maintenance activities.

Your Approved Applicator may offer roof maintenance programs, including inspection services. Contact your Approved Applicator for more information.
